Hardware

Computer System
Any brand or model with a Pentium II processor (or greater), Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System (or greater), 128 MB of RAM (or greater), 500MB of available hard drive space (or greater), CD Rom, 56k Modem, and 15” SGVA color monitor (or greater).

*The MAC based operating systems is not compatible with our system.

Peripherals

Printer
Any brand or model inkjet or laser style printer.

Internet Connectivity

Dial-Up Internet Connection 56K modem connection through a local Internet Service Provider (ISP). (*AOL not supported. Also ensure that your ISP has a local dialup number and does not limit file attachment sizes to anything less than 2MB per message)

High-Speed Internet Connection DSL/Cable/Satellite connection. *(recommended when available) (Available through either a local ISP or your local phone, cable, or satellite TV company)

Software
Prior to accessing our web-enabled workflow system, please ensure that you have the most current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (7.0) software installed on your computer system. If you should need to install or upgrade your existing version, please click on the links provided to begin the installation process. There are no charges for these applications when downloaded from the web.
